Unable to Arm Your IQ2 Panel
If your IQ2 panel is not allowing you to arm the system, the issue may be caused by an open sensor, an account restriction, or a communication problem.
How to Troubleshoot
Check for Open Sensors
- Ensure all doors and windows are securely closed.
- Look at your panel display for any sensor notifications and resolve any warnings.
Verify Internet and Cellular Connection
- Ensure your panel is connected to Wi-Fi or a cellular network.
- Run a connection test in the panel settings to confirm a stable network.
Check Your Account
- Log into the Alarm.com website or the Brinks Home™ mobile app.
- Ensure your account is active and there are no restrictions preventing arming.
