Invalid Primary Email on Your IQ2 Panel
If you are seeing an "Invalid Primary Email" error, your account's primary email may be incorrect or not verified.
How to Fix
Verify Your Email
- Log into your Alarm.com or Brinks Home™ mobile app account.
- Go to Settings and check your primary email.
- If incorrect, update it to the correct email address.
Resend Confirmation Email
- Check your inbox and spam folder for a confirmation email.
- If you haven’t received one, select Resend Confirmation in account settings.
