Customer Not Logged In – IQ2 Panel

If you see a "Customer Not Logged In" error on your IQ2 panel, it means your Alarm.com account is not linked to the panel.

How to Resolve

Log Into Your Account

  1. Open the Alarm.com website or Brinks Home™ mobile app.
  2. Enter your credentials to log in.
  3. If you forgot your password, use the Forgot Password option to reset it.

Check Account Activation

  1. Look for an activation email from Alarm.com.
  2. If you haven't completed the activation, follow the email instructions to finalize setup.
