Customer Not Logged In – IQ2 Panel
If you see a "Customer Not Logged In" error on your IQ2 panel, it means your Alarm.com account is not linked to the panel.
How to Resolve
Log Into Your Account
- Open the Alarm.com website or Brinks Home™ mobile app.
- Enter your credentials to log in.
- If you forgot your password, use the Forgot Password option to reset it.
Check Account Activation
- Look for an activation email from Alarm.com.
- If you haven't completed the activation, follow the email instructions to finalize setup.
