Simon XTi - Motion Detector Tamper Issue

Make sure that the back cover is securely on the back of the motion sensor.

If the cover is on, and the system still shows tamper, take the cover off and check the back spring.

1. Press bottom right gear icon, then press Hear button to listen for trouble conditions.

2. Press the Clear button to clear if possible, then press Close to exit.
