Interlogix 60-807-95R Indoor Motion Detector:

Press top tab to remove the sensor from the backplate

Hold the top and bottom tabs, then pull to remove the sensor from the front cover

Remove and replace 2 AA batteries, attach the front cover, then return the sensor to the backplate
