2GIG Flood Sensor—Tamper Error

Find the image of your flood sensor below to view instructions on how to replace the cover on your sensor to address the tamper error.

You will also need to clear the error from the panel memory. Once the cover has been replaced, see instructions for GC2 GoControl - Silence Reset Trouble.

2GIG-FT1-345 Water / Temperature Sensor:

Align the cover over the sensor and press to close, ensuring the tab locks into place.

2GIG-FT6-345 Water Leak Sensor:

Line up the sensor over the base, press it into place, and twist the sensor clockwise to set it into place.
