2GIG Glassbreak Sensor—Tamper Error

Find the image of your glassbreak sensor below to view instructions on how to replace the cover on your sensor to address the tamper error.

2GIG-GB1E-345 Glassbreak Detector

Align the sensor over the base, holding it against the base, and twist clockwise to set it in place.

Honeywell 5853 Glassbreak Detector:

Flip the cover upwards and press gently to close, ensuring the cover conforms to the sensor to set in place.

Honeywell 5852 FlexGuard Glassbreak Detector:

Close the access door and press gently to ensure it fully conforms to set it in place.
