How to View Your System Information
Brinks Home™ offers several ways to view your system information.
Instructions for viewing your system details are below for both the Brinks Home Mobile App as well as the Brinks Home Customer Portal on a desktop browser.
If you are already logged into our Customer Portal, you can click here to open a new browser window on our system details page directly.
Brinks Home Mobile App Instructions
Follow the below steps to find your system details in the Brinks Home Mobile App:
- Log in to the app. Tap the 3 lines in the top left corner to open the menu, then select My Account.
- Select System from the options at the top of the app.
- Within the System Details page, you can view a list of your sensors by selecting Equipment List, view any pending service by selecting Service Appointments, or select Order Yard Signs to purchase signs and decals.
Desktop Instructions
Follow the below steps to view your system details in the Brinks Home™ Customer Portal.
- Log in to the Customer Portal.
- On the home screen, select System from the tab options in the top right corner.
- Within the System Details page, you can view a list of your sensors by selecting Equipment List, view any pending service by selecting Service Appointments, or select Order Yard Signs to purchase signs and decals.
You may also perform a test on your system by selecting System Test, which is recommended on a monthly basis.
