Philip Kolterman

Senior Vice President of Digital Transformation and IT

Philip joined Brinks Home™ in 2021 to manage the digitalization of the customer experience. Today, as Senior Vice President of Digital Transformation and IT, Philip leads a team that identifies opportunities and executes programs designed to create a successful balance between operational excellence and the ideal customer experience.

With more than 20 years of experience in technology, Philip previously worked in telecommunications on IT, digital, and operational transformation programs. He also spent 10 years as an operational leader, managing diverse teams across business intelligence, center, and field operations. 

Philip attended Iowa State University for computer engineering and holds a Master of Science in Technology Management from the South Dakota School of Mines and Technology. 

Outside the office, Philip enjoys exploring Colorado’s mountain trails and staying involved with the community through the Peak-to-Peak Rotary Club, where he serves as President.
